Dispatch

Orders ship within 24 hours of confirmed payment, Monday–Friday. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

Packaging

All shipments are discreet (no exterior branding) and cold-packed where required to preserve the integrity of lyophilized peptides.

Domestic Only

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace the affected items at no charge.

Returns

Due to the nature of reference materials, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns once a product has been shipped.
