Supplier of record. "Helix Reference Co." is a trade name and brand owned and operated by Savage Sequence LLC, a Texas limited liability company. All purchases, contracts, fulfillment, payment processing, and customer obligations described in these Terms are between the buyer and Savage Sequence LLC, doing business as Helix Reference Co.
By purchasing from Helix Reference Co., the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all products are supplied solely for lawful research use and are not intended for human or animal consumption, or for use in any diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
The purchaser assumes full responsibility and liability for the use, handling, storage, and distribution of all materials, and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Helix Reference Co. from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse, unauthorized use, or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
You confirm you are at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, scientist, or equivalent professional authorized to handle laboratory reference materials.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline in our sole discretion. Orders are processed once payment is received via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App. Payment must be tendered from an account matching the name on your order; mismatched payments may delay or void the order. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
Shipping
Domestic U.S. shipping only. Orders ship in discreet, cold-packed packaging within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Full terms in our Shipping policy.
Refunds & Returns
Refund, replacement, and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and complies with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Electronic Communications & SMS (TCPA / A2P 10DLC)
By providing an email address or mobile number, you consent to receive transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies) at that address or number. Marketing text messages are sent only after separate, express written consent and are not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Our SMS program, if any, is registered under the A2P 10DLC framework and complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles, and applicable state mini-TCPA laws.
Privacy, Cookies & CIPA
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and do not deploy session-replay or wiretap-style tracking that would trigger obligations under the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) or equivalent state wiretap statutes without explicit opt-in consent.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in small-claims court or before a government agency.
